В статье рассматривается понятие «психическая саморегуляция» при утомлении. С помощью проведенного исследования методом анкетирования и бесед с профессиональными спортсменами разной квалификации разбираются приемы данного понятия, частота их использования и проводится соответствующий анализ, выявляющий тенденцию распределения процентного соотношения тех или иных приемов, а также развитие данных показателей в соответствии разряда спортсмена.
The article considers the concept of “physical self-regulation” when tired. With the help of a study conducted using a questionnaire and interviews with professional athletes of various qualifications, the techniques of this concept, the frequency of their use are analyzed and a corresponding analysis is carried out, revealing the trend in the distribution of the percentage of certain techniques, as well as the development of these indicators in accordance with the category athlete.
