В статье представлено исследование по оценке психофизиологического статуса квалифицированных волейболисток 14-15 лет. В результате применения методики регистрации сложной зрительно-моторной реакции (СЗМР), позволяющей оценить интегральные характеристики центральной нервной системы спортсмена, были определены и оценены значения психомоторных показателей квалифицированных волейболисток 14-15 лет, такие как среднее значение времени скорости сенсомоторной реакции, число ошибок, число преждевременных реакций, число пропусков, число ложных реакций, коэффициент точности Уиппла. Результаты исследования можно использовать для оптимизации тренировочных программ с целью повышения спортивной результативности квалифицированных волейболисток 14-15 лет.
In this paper, an assessment of the psychophysiological status of qualified volleyball players aged 14-15 years was carried out. As a result of the application of the method of recording a complex visual-motor reaction (SPMR), which makes it possible to evaluate the integral characteristics of the athlete's central nervous system, the values of psychomotor indicators of qualified volleyball players aged 14-15 years were determined and evaluated, such as the average time of the sensorimotor reaction rate, the number of errors, the number of premature reactions, the number of omissions, the number of false reactions, the accuracy coefficient. Whipple. The results of the study provide a basis for optimizing training programs in order to increase the athletic performance of qualified volleyball players aged 14-15 years.
