В статье рассматриваются результаты внедрения метода интервальной тренировки по системе доктора Изуми Табата в систему общей физической подготовки студентов МГТУ им. Н.Э. Баумана, суть которой заключается в чередовании интенсивных периодов активности с короткими интервалами отдыха. Особое внимание уделяется гендерному подходу в интервальной тренировке по системе Табата и подчеркивается уникальность этого метода, поскольку он не дискриминирует по половому признаку. Доказано, что гендерный подход к построению программ тренировок подчеркивает равные возможности для мужчин и женщин для достижения видимых результатов в кратчайшие сроки. Благодаря удобству и доступности тренировок, студенты имеют возможность улучшить свою физическую форму и здоровье независимо от места и времени проведения тренировки. Исследование включает анализ динамики работоспособности студентов, а также оценку эффективности и совместимости данного метода при организации учебного процесса по предмету "Физическая культура и спорт". Полученные данные следует учитывать при разработке вариативной части программы профессионально-прикладной физической подготовки студентов вузов технического профиля.
This article discusses the results of the introduction of the interval training method according to the system of Dr. Izumi Tabata into the system of general physical training of students of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the essence of which is the alternation of intense periods of activity with short rest intervals. Special attention is paid to the gender approach in interval training according to the Tabata system and the uniqueness of this method is emphasized, since it does not discriminate on the basis of gender. It has been proven that a gender-based approach to building training programs emphasizes equal opportunities for men and women to achieve visible results in the shortest possible time. Due to the convenience and accessibility of training, students have the opportunity to improve their physical fitness and health, regardless of the place and time of the training. The study includes an analysis of the dynamics of students' performance, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness and compatibility of this method in organizing the educational process on the subject of "Physical Culture and sports". The experimental data obtained should be taken into account when developing the variable part of the program of professionally applied physical training for students of technical universities.
