В статье представлены результаты анализа научно-методической литературы по проблеме организации режима двигательной активности младших школьников для формирования физической культуры и осуществления физического воспитания обучающихся. Практическая реализация педагогического процесса физической культуры и физического воспитания младших школьников в китайских начальных школах является проблематичной. Выполнение спортивных упражнений в учебное и внеучебное время находится на достаточно низком уровне, не сформировано на должном уровне позитивное отношение младших школьников к активному двигательному режиму с учётом развития социалистической системы и национальных особенностей образования в Китае.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the literature analysis method, focusing on the problems of organizing physical education activities for primary school pupils in order to form the pupils' physical culture and implement physical education. There are problems with the actual implementation of the process of the development of students' physical culture and teaching of physical education in the lower grades of primary schools in China. Taking into account the development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the national character of education, the level of implementation of physical exercise in and out of school is rather low, and the positive attitude of primary school pupils towards an active sports schedule is not formed at an appropriate level.
