В статье освещена история создания универсального боя, причины и значимость изучения его основ в ведомственных образовательных учреждениях. Рассмотрены качества, которые вырабатываются у сотрудников при обучении данному направлению физической культуры и спорта. Выделены особенности проведения занятий по изучению приемов в группах спортивного совершенствования в образовательных учреждениях, представлены результаты, показанные курсантами Вологодского института права и экономики ФСИН России.
This article highlights the history of the creation of hand-to-hand combat, the reasons and the importance of studying its basics in departmental educational institutions. The qualities that are developed by employees during training in this area of physical culture and sports are considered. The features of conducting classes on the study of techniques in sports improvement groups in educational institutions are highlighted, and the results shown by the cadets of the Vologda Institute of Law and Economics of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia are presented.
