Состояние здоровья студенческой молодежи является предметом постоянных мониторинговых исследований. В статье представлено исследование по оценке физического и психологического компонентов здоровья обучающихся медицинского вуза с помощью опросника качества жизни SF-36, являющегося актуальным, простым, доступным и валидированным инструментом. На основании полученных данных сделан вывод о положительной динамике состояния здоровья студентов-медиков и позитивных результатах деятельности вуза, направленной на формирование здорового образа жизни и оздоровления обучающихся.

The health status of students is the subject of constant monitoring studies. For a subjective assessment of the physical and psychological components of the health of medical university students, SF-36 Health Status Survey was used, which is an up-to-date, simple, accessible and validated tool. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded about the positive dynamics of the health status of medical students and the positive results of the university's activities aimed at forming a healthy lifestyle and improving the health of students.
