Сотрясение головного мозга (СГМ) – это одна из наиболее часто встречающихся спортивных травм, симптомы которой могут сохраняться в течение нескольких месяцев и приводить к снижению физических возможностей спортсменов. Приоритетной задачей реабилитационной программы спортсменов при травмах такого рода является устранение симптомов СГМ, а также восстановление физического потенциала и возвращение к полноценным тренировкам. Представлено исследование по оценке эффективности введения в индивидуальную программу реабилитации ежедневных аэробных тренировок для коррекции и ликвидации последствий симптомов СГМ у спортсменов-подростков. Полученные в ходе исследования данные свидетельствуют об ускорении процесса восстановления от полученной травмы и СГМ.

Brain concussion (BC) is one of the most common sports injuries, the symptoms of which can persist for several months and lead to a decrease in the physical capabilities of athletes. The priority of the rehabilitation program for athletes with this type of injury is to eliminate the symptoms of BC, as well as to restore physical potential and return to full training. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of introducing daily aerobic exercise into an individual rehabilitation program to correct and eliminate the effects of BC symptoms in adolescent athletes. The data obtained in the course of the study indicate the acceleration of the process of recovery from the injury and the resulting BC.
