Синдром дефицита внимания и гиперактивности (СДВГ) – одно из наиболее часто встречающихся расстройств нервно-психического развития у детей, характеризующееся тремя основными признаками: снижением концентрации, гиперактивностью и импульсивностью. Эти признаки чаще встречаются в школьном возрасте и могут приводить к трудностям в социальной адаптации. Альтернативой медикаментозному способу лечения могут стать занятия плаванием, которые оказывают положительные эффекты на психическое и физическое состояние здоровья. В статье представлено исследование по изучению влияния занятий плаванием на симптомы СДВГ у детей в возрасте от 9 до 12 лет на примере учащихся школ города Уфы.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neuropsychiatric developmental disorders in children, characterized by three main features: decreased concentration, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. These signs are more common during the school-age years and can lead to difficulties in social adaptation. Swimming lessons can be an alternative to medication and have positive effects on mental and physical health. In the present study, we examined the effect of swimming lessons on ADHD symptoms in children aged 9 to 12 years on the example of students of 3 schools in the city of Ufa.
