Одна из основных задач физической подготовки сотрудников полиции связана с развитием профессионально важных физических качеств. В статье представлено исследование по определению основных профессионально важных физических качеств, которые необходимо развивать у сотрудников полиции в процессе первоначальной подготовки в вузах МВД России. Приведены рекомендации по развитию мышечных групп с помощью физических упражнений для повышения уровня общей физической подготовленности и результативности действий сотрудников полиции в процессе задержания правонарушителей.

One of the main tasks of physical training of police officers is related to the development of professionally important physical qualities. The article presents a study to determine the main professionally important physical qualities that need to be developed in police officers in the process of initial training in universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Recommendations are given for the development of muscle groups with the help of physical exercises to increase the level of general physical fitness and the effectiveness of the actions of police officers in the process of apprehending offenders.
