В статье рассмотрены проблемы кадров, физической подготовки и престижа прохождения службы в органах внутренних дел Российской Федерации и представлены возможные пути их решения. Выявлено, что основной причиной проблем и актуальности данной работы является отсутствие достаточных мотивирующих условий. Приведены результаты выполнения контрольных нормативов и анкетного опроса сотрудников органов внутренних дел УМВД России по Хабаровскому краю.

The article discusses issues related to personnel, physical training, and the prestige of serving in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, and presents possible ways to address them. It has been identified that the main cause of these problems and the relevance of this work is the lack of sufficient motivating conditions. The results of compliance with performance standards and a survey of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Khabarovsk Krai are provided.
