В статье представлено исследование показателей эмпатии, эмоционального интеллекта (ЭИ) и уровня взаимоотношений среди тренеров по плаванию высшей категории и высококвалифицированных пловцов. Полученные результаты показали наличие «низкого» и «среднего» уровней развития эмпатии и ЭИ как у спортсменов, так и у их наставников. Уровень взаимоотношений между тренерами и их подопечными по гностическому, эмоциональному и поведенческому аспектам также характеризуется «средним» уровнем. Обнаружена средняя сила взаимосвязи между показателями эмпатии, ЭИ и оценки межличностного взаимодействия.

The article presents a study of empathy, emotional intelligence (EI), and the level of relationships among high-level swimming coaches and highly skilled swimmers. The obtained results showed the presence of "low" and "medium" levels of empathy and EI in both athletes and their mentors. The level of relationships between coaches and their protégés in cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects is also characterized as "medium." A moderate strength of correlation between empathy, EI, and interpersonal interaction assessment was found.
