В статье представлено исследование по выявлению текущего состояния и особенностей построения тренировочного процесса в лыжных гонках в Китае и России с целью обмена научно-практическим опытом между странами в данной области. Путем сравнительного анализа были изучены особенности становления и развития методик подготовки лыжников-гонщиков в КНР и России. В ходе анализа выявлены существенные различия в методических подходах к построению тренировочного процесса в лыжных гонках в данных странах. Кроме различий также были выявлены общие черты и проанализированы имеющиеся трудности и проблемы в данной сфере спортивной деятельности.
The article presents a study on identifying the current state and peculiarities of training processes in cross-country skiing in China and Russia, with the aim of exchanging scientific and practical experience between the countries in this field. Through comparative analysis, the specific features of the development and methods of preparing skiers-racers in PRC and Russia were examined. In the course of the analysis, significant differences in methodological approaches to the construction of the training process in cross-country skiing in these countries were revealed. In addition to these differences, common characteristics were also identified, and existing difficulties and problems in this area of sports activity were analyzed.
