В статье рассматривается методика организации занятий по лыжной подготовке в общеобразовательном учреждении с обучающимися младших классов. В связи с тем, что во многих школах раздел «Лыжная подготовка» исключен из образовательных программ в связи с отсутствием материально-технической базы, дети не имеют возможности познакомиться с таким видом спорта, как лыжные гонки. Однако, в свете популяризации и массового привлечения населения к сдаче норм Всероссийского физкультурно-спортивного комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне» (ГТО) данный факт ограничивает ребенка в выборе испытаний. В статье представлены результаты внедрения в образовательный процесс занятий по лыжным гонкам в рамках внеурочной деятельности.
The article discusses the methodology of organizing ski training classes in a general education institution with primary school students. Due to the fact that in many schools the section "Ski training" is excluded from educational programs due to the lack of material and technical base, children do not have the opportunity to get acquainted with such a sport as cross-country skiing. However, in the light of the popularization and mass involvement of the population in passing the standards of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense", this fact limits the child in the choice of tests. The article presents the results of the introduction of cross-country skiing classes into the educational process as part of extracurricular activities.
