    <p>Цель исследования – выявить особенности ментальной подготовленности скоростных скалолазов высокой квалификации и определить типичные паттерны взаимосвязей между психологическими показателями.&#13;
Методы и организация исследования. Обследовано 18 спортсменов сборной команды в 2024 году на сборе в Тюмени. Использована комплексная методика оценки ментальных навыков, включающая шкалы визуализации, стрессоустойчивости и мотивации. Применялись описательная статистика и качественный анализ профилей.&#13;
Результаты исследования и выводы. Выявлено доминирование высокого уровня визуализации, вовлеченности и самоэффективности, составляющих устойчивое ядро готовности. Зафиксированы дефициты в планировании, деятельности в условиях стресса и отношениях с тренером. Выявлены системные взаимосвязи: проблемы во взаимодействии с тренером каскадно влияют на демотивацию и ухудшение планирования. Социально-психологические факторы существенно модифицируют регуляторные процессы, создавая риски снижения результативности. Подтверждена прямая связь визуализации с уверенностью в действиях. Ментальная подготовленность характеризуется развитым когнитивно-регуляторным ядром при наличии скрытых социально-психологических рисков. Требуется внедрение адресных программ коррекции коммуникации и навыков целеполагания в систему подготовки для повышения надежности результатов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The purpose of the study is to identify the characteristics of mental preparedness in high-level speed climbers and to determine typical patterns of relationships between psychological indicators.&#13;
Research methods and organization. Eighteen athletes of the national team were examined in 2024 during the training camp in Tyumen. A comprehensive methodology for assessing mental skills was used, including scales of visualization, stress resistance, and motivation. Descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis of profiles were applied.&#13;
Research results and conclusions. A dominance of high levels of visualization, engagement, and self-efficacy, constituting a stable core of readiness, has been identified. Deficits have been recorded in planning, activities under stress, and relationships with the coach. Systemic interconnections have been revealed: problems in interaction with the coach cascade into demotivation and deterioration in planning. Socio-psychological factors significantly modify regulatory processes, creating risks of reduced performance. A direct connection between visualization and confidence in actions has been confirmed. Mental preparedness is characterized by a developed cognitive-regulatory core in the presence of latent socio-psychological risks. The implementation of targeted programs for communication correction and goal-setting skills within the training system is required to enhance the reliability of results.</p>
