В ходе исследования авторы рассмотрели важность внедрения специально-силовых упражнений из силовых видов спорта в тренировочный процесс спортсменов, занимающихся военно-спортивным многоборьем. установлено, что под влиянием постепенного повторения специально-силовых упражнений сердечно-сосудистая, дыхательная и другие системы организма человека приспосабливаются к все повышающимся нагрузкам и хорошо обеспечивают работу мышечно-связочного аппарата. В ходе исследования был проведён педагогический эксперимент. Итогом эксперимента явились результаты выполнения упражнения «Преодоление полосы препятствий». Спортсмены экспериментальной группы показали результаты на 7-9% выше чем спортсмены контрольной группы
