Цель исследования заключается в комплексном анализе влияния интернет-аддикции на показатели развития физических качеств студентов и выявлении основных закономерностей данного процесса. Особую значимость приобретает изучение данной проблематики в контексте формирования здорового образа жизни и профилактики негативных последствий чрезмерного использования цифровых технологий среди студенческой аудитории. Методы и организация исследования. Применяли анкетирование, тестирование, мониторинг физической активности, методы математической статистики, сравнительный и корреляционный анализ. Для проведения диагностики интернет-аддикции использовали проверенные психодиагностические инструменты, в том числе адаптированную версию теста Кимберли Янг. В исследовании приняли участие студенты в возрасте 18-21 лет трех вузов Самарской области. Результаты исследования и выводы. Выявлены статистически значимые взаимосвязи между степенью интернет-аддикции и показателями развития физических качеств студентов. Установлено, что увеличение времени, проводимого в виртуальном пространстве, коррелирует со снижением основных параметров физического состояния, включая показатели силы, выносливости и гибкости. Исследование показало, что основными факторами, опосредующими негативное влияние интернет-зависимости на физическое здоровье студентов, являются снижение двигательной активности, нарушение режима дня, проблемы с опорно-двигательным аппаратом и изменение пищевых привычек. На основе полученных результатов разработаны рекомендации по профилактике негативных последствий интернет-аддикции, включающие организацию регулярной физической активности, формирование здорового образа жизни и создание благоприятной среды для занятий спортом.
The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the impact of internet addiction on the development indicators of students' physical qualities and to identify the main patterns of this process. The study of this issue becomes particularly significant in the context of promoting a healthy lifestyle and preventing the negative consequences of excessive use of digital technologies among the student population. Research methods and organization. Questionnaires, testing, monitoring of physical activity, methods of mathematical statistics, comparative and correlation analysis were applied. To conduct the diagnosis of Internet addiction, validated psychodiagnostic tools were used, including an adapted version of Kimberly Young's test. The study involved students aged 18-21 from three universities in the Samara region. Research results and conclusions. Statistically significant correlations were identified between the degree of Internet addiction and the indicators of physical development in students. It was found that an increase in the time spent in virtual space correlates with a decrease in the primary parameters of physical condition, including measures of strength, endurance, and flexibility. The study showed that the main factors mediating the negative impact of Internet addiction on students' physical health are reduced physical activity, disruption of daily routines, musculoskeletal problems, and changes in eating habits. Based on the obtained results, recommendations have been developed for preventing the negative consequences of Internet addiction, including the organization of regular physical activity, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, and the creation of a favorable environment for sports activities.
