В современных условиях развития кураша речь идет о подготовке специалистов. Цель статьи - применить на практике опыт организации подготовки специалистов по кураше на основе зарубежного опыта. Методология и организация исследования. В ходе исследования изучалась практика подготовки специалистов по ряду видов спорта, входящих в программу Олимпийских и Азиатских игр. На основе международного опыта была разработана соответствующая программа обучения и проверена ее эффективность на практике. Результаты и обсуждение. Результаты, полученные в ходе эксперимента, подтвердили эффективность и действенность учебной программы. Разработанная программа повлияла на положительный рост навыков и компетенций будущих специалистов по курашу. Выводы. В дальнейшем целесообразно использовать данный учебный план в системе подготовки специалистов по курашу.

In the course of the study, the practice of training specialists in a number of sports included in the program of the Olympic and Asian Games was studied. On the basis of international experience, an appropriate training program was developed and its effectiveness was tested in practice. Results and discussion. The results obtained during the experiment confirmed the effectiveness and efficiency of the training program. The developed program influenced the positive growth of skills and competencies of future kurash specialists. Conclusions. In the future, it is advisable to use this curriculum in the system of training specialists in kurash.
