В статье рассматривается роль физической культуры и спорта в жизни студента по результатам социологического опроса студентов Технического института (филиала) СВФУ. Поднимается вопрос о важности систематических тренировок, необходимости физкультурного воспитания в становлении личности. Исследование показало, что большинство студентов признают важность занятий физической культурой и спортом для своего развития и своей будущей профессии, но достаточно большое количество - 40% молодых людей вообще не занимаются спортом, основной причиной чего является отсутствие мотивации. Это нацеливает на усиление пропаганды физической культуры и спорта в вузе, повышение мотивации студентов через проведение акций и мероприятий, чтобы вызвать самостоятельное принятие решения молодых людей к занятиям спортом, поддержанию здоровья, развитию личности.
The article discusses the role of physical culture and sports in the life of a student based on the results of a sociological survey of students of the Technical Institute (branch) NEFU. The question is raised about the importance of systematic training, the need for physical education in the formation of personality. The study showed that the majority of students recognize the importance of physical education and sports for their development and their future profession, but quite a large number - 40% of young people do not play sports at all, the main reason for which is the lack of motivation. This aims to strengthen the promotion of physical culture and sports at the university, increase the motivation of students through actions and events to cause independent decision-making of young people to go in for sports, maintain health, and develop personality.
