Введение. Успешная реализация фазы разгона прыжка на лыжах с трамплина создает благоприятные условия для далекого полёта. Технически правильный навык стойки разгона должен быть сформирован в юношеском возрасте, однако исследований, посвященных технике фазы разгона юных спортсменов, недостаточно. Цель исследования: анализ особенностей техники фазы разгона в прыжке на лыжах с трамплина юношей 12-14 лет. Методы и организация исследования: видеосъемка техники юных лыжников-прыгунов (всего 97 участников соревнований), видеоанализ при помощи программного обеспечения «Dartfish Pro», статистическая обработка в программе «RStudio». Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Техника стойки разгона юных лыжников-прыгунов характеризуется недостаточным наклоном туловища и голени, а величина угла в коленных суставах больше модельных значений. В течение соревновательного периода определена положительная динамика кинематических показателей лидеров соревнований. У большинства спортсменов на всех соревнованиях наблюдалось асимметричное положение туловища, рук или ног, ведение лыж с постоянным трением о бортики лыжни. Выводы. Полученные данные позволили определить резервы совершенствования методики технической подготовки юношей. Тренировка стойки разгона должна включать подготовительные упражнения на развитие гибкости, отработку позиции в различных по сложности условиях, в том числе на склоне, моделирующем разгон трамплина, с контролем качества выполнения в двух проекциях
Introduction. The successful implementation of the ski jump acceleration phase creates favorable conditions for a distant flight. The technically correct skill of the acceleration rack should be formed in adolescence, however, research on the technique of the acceleration phase of young athletes is not enough. The purpose of the study: analysis of the features of the acceleration phase technique in ski jumping from a ski jump for young men 12-14 years old. Methods and organization of the study: video filming of the technique of young skiers-jumpers (97 participants in the competition), video analysis using the software "Dart-fish Pro", statistical processing in the program "RStudio". Study results and discussion. The acceleration rack technique of young skiers-jumpers is characterized by insufficient inclination of the body and lower leg, and the angle in the knee joints is greater than the model values. During the competition period, the positive dynamics of the kinematic indicators of the competition leaders was determined. Most athletes in all competitions had asymmetric positions of the torso, arms or legs, driving skis with constant friction against the sides of the ski track. Conclusions. The data obtained made it possible to determine reserves for improving the methodology of technical training of young men. Training of the acceleration rack should include preparatory exercises for the development of flexibility, working out the position in various difficult conditions, including on the slope modeling the acceleration of the springboard, with quality control of performance in two projections
