Для будущего специалиста одной из важных способностей является самооценка не только профессиональной деятельности, но и своего состояния здоровья. Умение самостоятельно пользоваться методиками самооценки своего здоровья и верно интерпретировать их, имеет особое значение для обучающихся с отклонениями в состоянии здоровья. Цель исследования - сравнить результаты самооценка индивидуального здоровья студентов различных физкультурных групп. Методика и организация исследования - статистические методы анализа выполнения практического задания студентами с применением информационных технологий, статистические методы анализ. В 2022-2023 учебном году в исследовании приняли участие студенты 1 курса Института гуманитарных наук Алтайского государственного университета. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение - в исследовании все студенты знали свою физкультурную группу и отсутствие или наличие заболевания. Анализ самооценки физического здоровья студентов в зависимости от физкультурной группы показал, что самооценка студентов всех физкультурных групп, возрастает от «неудовлетворительной» до «отличной» оценки. При этом выявлено, что у студентов подготовительной группы равномерный рост самооценки. У студентов основной группы отмечается значительный прирост самооценки отличного здоровья, в то время как у студентов специальной медицинской группы значительный прирост наблюдается только в самооценке хорошего здоровья, а на самооценке отличное здоровье нет прироста. Выводы - наличие диагностируемого заболевания у человека, может оказать влияние на самооценку физического здоровья и рассматриваться как ее предиктор
One of the important abilities for a future specialist is self-assessment not only of professional activity, but also of his/her health condition. The ability to independently use the methods of self-assessment of their health and correctly interpret them is of particular importance for students with health problems. The purpose of the study - compare the results of self-assessment of individual health of students of different physical education groups. The methodology and organization of the study -statistical methods of analyzing the performance of practical task by students using information technologies, statistical methods of analysis. In the 2022-2023 academic year, the study involved 1st year students of the Institute of Humanities of Altai state university. Research results and discussion - in the study, all students knew their physical education group and the absence or presence of a disease. The analysis of students' self-assessment of physical health depending on the physical education group showed that the self-assessment of students of all physical education groups increases from "unsatisfactory" to "excellent" assessment. At the same time it is revealed that the students of the preparatory group have an even growth of self-esteem. The students of the main group have a significant increase in the self-assessment of excellent health, while the students of the special medical group have a significant increase only in the self-assessment of good health, and there is no increase in the self-assessment of excellent health. Conclusions - the presence of a diagnosable disease in a person can influence self-assessment of physical health and be regarded as a predictor of it
