Введение. В настоящее время баскетбол является одной из популярных спортивных игр, привлекающих значительное количество занимающихся. В то же время данная спортивная игра предъявляет достаточно высокие требования как к физическим, так и к психологическим качествам игроков. Цель исследования. В связи с этим на основании полученных данных о том, что во время соревнований происходят сбои в психологической подготовке баскетболистов, целью нашего исследования является поиск наиболее эффективных средств и методов психологической подготовки. Методика и организация исследования. Был произведен сравнительный анализ технических приемов, на основании которых делается заключение о результативности и полезности игроков, показавший снижение результативности в процессе официальных игр по сравнению с тренировочными играми. Оценивались технические приемы основного состава сборной по баскетболу Оренбургского государственного университета. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Для анализа и оценки были взяты основные технические приемы, а именно: двухочковый бросок, трехочковый бросок, штрафной бросок, подбор от щита и другие. Результативность технических приемов существенно снижалась пропорционально значимости игр. Наиболее высокой она была в тренировочных и товарищеских встречах, и снижалась во время игр Чемпионата города и игр Ассоциации студенческого баскетбола (АСБ). Выводы. На основании полученных результатов считаем необходимым разработку рекомендаций по психологической подготовке игроков и внедрение в тренировочный процесс баскетболистов практических средств, способствующих повышению психологической готовности к соревновательной деятельности
Introduction. Basketball is currently one of the most popular sports games, attracting a significant number of players. At the same time, this sports game makes quite high demands, both on the physical and psychological qualities of the players. Purpose of the study. In this regard, based on the data obtained that during the competition there are failures in the psychological preparation of basketball players, the purpose of our study is to find the most effective means and methods of psychological preparation. Methodology and organization of the study. A comparative analysis of techniques was made, on the basis of which a conclusion is made about the performance and usefulness of the players, which showed a decrease in performance in the process of official games compared to training games. Techniques of the basic composition of the basketball team of the Orenburg State University were evaluated. Results of the study and their discussion. For analysis and evaluation, the main techniques were taken, namely: two-point shot, three-point shot, free throw, rebound from the shield and others. The effectiveness of techniques decreased significantly in proportion to the significance of the games. It was the highest in training and friendly matches, and decreased during the games of the City Championship and the games of the Student Basketball Association (ASB). Conclusions. On the basis of the results obtained, we consider it necessary to develop recommendations for the psychological preparation of players and introduce practical means into the training process of basketball players that help increase the psychological readiness for competitive activity
