Введение в статье представлено теоретическое обоснование применения скандинавской ходьбы с лицами, имеющими патологию сердечно-сосудистой системы и опорно-двигательного аппарата. Цель исследования включение занятий скандинавской ходьбой в физкультурные занятия военнослужащих, отнесенных к третьей группе здоровья с целью повышения выносливости их организма и профилактики развития осложнений имеющихся заболеваний. Методика и организация исследования изучение влияния скандинавской ходьбы на развитие выносливости и некоторые показатели деятельности организма военнослужащих, отнесенных к третьей группе здоровья. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение определены аспекты и конкретизированы условия занятий скандинавской ходьбой военнослужащих, отнесенных к третьей группе здоровья. Выводы применение скандинавской ходьбы позволяет разнообразить физическую подготовку военнослужащих и предотвратить развитие у них осложнений имеющихся заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы и опорно-двигательного аппарата
Introduction the article presents a theoretical justification for the use of Scandinavian walking with people with pathology of the cardiovascular system and musculoskeletal system. The aim of the study -inclusion of Nordic walking classes in physical education classes of military personnel assigned to the third health group in order to increase the endurance of their body and prevent the development of complications of existing diseases. Methodology and oiganization of the study the study of the influence of Scandinavian walking on the development of endurance and some indicators of the activity of the body of military personnel assigned to the third health group. The results of the study and their discussion the aspects and conditions of Scandinavian walking classes for military personnel assigned to the third health group are defined and specified. Conclusions the use of Scandinavian walking allows you to diversify the physical training of military personnel and prevent the development of complications of existing diseases of the musculoskeletal system and musculoskeletal system
