Физическая подготовленность (ФП) является одним из важных индикаторов функциональных возможностей и состояния здоровья детей и подростков. По литературным данным координационные способности детей могут коррелировать с показателями когнитивных функций. В связи с этим актуальной становится задача по обоснованию связи результатов тестов координационной направленности и показателей функциональной готовности детей к обучению в посоле. Цель исследования состояла в установлении связей показателей физической подготовленности координационной направленности и функциональной готовности к обучению в школе у первоклассников. Проведены 3 теста для оценки ФП «Челночный бег» (3x10 м), «Статокинетическая устойчивость» и «Статическое равновесие». Функциональная готовность к школе определялась по результатам теста Керна-Ирасека. Установлено, что количество зрелых детей составило 24,1%, зреющих с благоприятным прогнозом 46,4%, зреющих с неясным прогнозом 21,5% и не зрелых 8,0%. Определена достоверная связь показателей теста Керна-Ирасека (срисовывание фразы, срисовывание точек, рисунок человека) с данными результатов теста «Челночный бег» (3x10 м). Наибольшее значение коэффициента корреляции г=0,465 (р=0,000) определено для рисунка человека, что может отражать значимость данного теста ФП для оценки интеллектуального развития ребенка в связи с возможностью его влияния на функциональное состояние вестибулярного аппарата посредством линейного ускорения разной направленности, а также углового ускорения. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о наличии связи когнитивных функций с координационными способностями детей
Physical fitness (PhF) is one of the important indicators of functional capabilities and health status of children and adolescents. According to literature data, children's coordination abilities may correlate with indicators of cognitive functions. In this regard, the task of substantiating the relationship between the results of tests of coordination orientation and indicators of functional readiness of children to study at school becomes urgent. The purpose of the study was to establish links between indicators of physical fitness of coordination orientation and functional readiness for school in first-graders. 3 tests for estimate of PhF were carried out - "Shuttle run" (3x10 m), "Statokinetic stability" and "Static equilibrium". Functional readiness for school was determined by the results of the Kem-Irasek test. It was found that the number of mature children was 24.1%, maturing with a favorable prognosis - 46.4%, maturing with an unclear prognosis -21.5% and not mature - 8.0%. The reliable relationship of the Kern-Irasek test indicators (phrase copying, dot drawing, human drawing) with the data of the Shuttle Run test results (3x10 m) was determined. The highest value of the correlation coefficient r=0.465 (p=0.000) is determined for a human figure, which may reflect the significance of this PhF test for assessing the intellectual development of a child due to the possibility of its influence on the functional state of the vestibular apparatus through linear acceleration of different directions, as well as angular acceleration.
