Цель исследования – разработать содержание базовой технической подготовки бойцов джиу-джитсу в соответствии с современными особенностями соревновательной деятельности сильнейших спортсменов, выступающих в дисциплине «файтинг». Методы исследования: анализ, синтез и обобщение научно-методической литературы и правил Международной федерации джиу-джитсу. Результаты исследования и выводы. Обоснована последовательность изучения технических действий в соответствии с требованиями дисциплины «файтинг» в джиу-джитсу. Предложена классификация технических приемов. Результаты исследования определили содержание базовой технической подготовки спортсменов, способствующей формированию универсального типа бойцов.

The purpose of the study is to develop the content of basic technical training for jiu-jitsu fighters in accordance with the current features of the competitive activity of top athletes competing in the “fighting” discipline. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, and generalization of scientific and methodological literature and the rules of the International Jiu-Jitsu Federation were used. Research results and conclusions. The sequence of studying technical actions in accordance with the requirements of the “fighting” discipline in jiu-jitsu was substantiated. A classification of techniques was proposed. The results of the study determined the content of basic technical training of athletes, contributing to the formation of a universal type of fighters.
