Цель исследования – изучение эффективности скольжения при прохождении подводной части постстартового отрезка и разработка методики контроля за эффективностью волнообразного выхода пловца после старта. Методы исследования: анализ и обобщение данных научной литературы, педагогические наблюдения, педагогический эксперимент, тестирование, методы математической статистики. Результаты исследования и выводы. Разработана оригинальная методика контроля за эффективностью волнообразного выхода пловца после старта. Методика была апробирована в тренировочном процессе сборной команды по плаванию СПбПУ. Выявленное в ходе исследования достоверное осуществление контроля эффективности волнообразного выхода пловца после старта свидетельствует о положительном действии применяемой методики. Полученный результат позволяет сделать заключение о целесообразности включения предложенного метода в комплекс тренировочных заданий.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of gliding during the underwater phase of the post‑start segment and to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of a swimmer's undulatory exit after the start. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific literature data, pedagogical observations, pedagogical experiment, testing, and mathematical statistics methods were used. Research results and conclusions. An original methodology for assessing the effectiveness of a swimmer's undulatory exit after the start was developed. The methodology was tested in the training process of the swimming team of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU). The reliable implementation of the assessment of the effectiveness of the swimmer's undulatory exit after the start, revealed during the study, indicates the positive effect of the applied methodology. The obtained result allows the conclusion that it is advisable to include the proposed method in the set of training tasks.
