Учитывая специфику поединков по правилам смешанного боевого единоборства (ММА), характеризующихся статодинамическими нагрузками, нами была сделана попытка, на основе специально разработанных комплексов, включающих в себя упражнения и технические действия, применяемые в подготовке борцов греко-римского стиля, увеличить функциональные показатели и расширить технико-тактический арсенал бойцов СБЕ (ММА). Тестирование бойцов СБЕ (ММА) и экспертные оценки подтвердили положительный эффект разработанной методики. У спортсменов повысился уровень общей функциональной готовности, значительно увеличился объем выполняемой на тренировках нагрузки без наступления эффекта перетренированности, в ходе поединков повысился процент удачных защит от переводов в партер и удержаний противником у клетки, увеличилось время активного контроля противника у клетки с выполнением ударов руками и коленями
Taking into account the specificity of fights according to the rules of mixed martial arts (MMA), characterized by static-dynamic loads, we made an attempt, based on specially developed complexes, including exercises and technical actions used in the training of Greco-Roman wrestlers, to increase functional indicators and expand technical skills - tactical arsenal of (MMA) fighters. Testing of (MMA) fighters and expert assessments confirmed the positive effect of the developed methodology. The level of general functional readiness of athletes has increased, the volume of load performed during training has significantly increased without the onset of the effect of overtraining, during fights the percentage of successful defenses against transfers to the ground and holding by the opponent at the cage has increased, the time of the active control over the opponent at the cage with punches and knees has increased
