Введение. Значимость физической подготовки в профессиональном становлении сотрудников правоохранительной системы неоспорима. Однако, вопросы профессиональной подготовки сотрудников органов правопорядка и общественной безопасности многогранны. Современные педагогические тенденции свидетельствуют о востребованности спорта, как средства мотивации к самостоятельной физкультурной деятельности, формирования физических качеств и двигательных навыков, социализации обучающихся. Цель исследования. внедрить элементы спортизированного подхода в структуру образовательной деятельности вузов ФСИН России (на Примере Пермского института ФСИН России). Методика и организация исследования. В ходе исследования нами использовались: анализ научно-методической литературы, теоретическое моделирование, педагогический эксперимент. Результаты исследования и их обсуждения. В качестве дополнительной формы физической подготовки вузов ФСИН России можно рассматривать спортивно-массовую работу по плану выходного дня. Обучающиеся занимаются личностно-ориентированной физкультурно-спортивной и физкультурно-оздоровительной деятельностью в форме самостоятельной работы. В эти часы согласно графику проводились запланированные спартакиадой мероприятия. Выводы. В качестве элемента спортизированного подхода в физическом воспитании курсантов образовательных организаций ФСИН России следует рассматривать организацию и проведение Спартакиады по служебно-прикладным видам спорта. Разработанный нами график проведения Спартакиады по служебно-прикладным видам спорта позволяет нивелировать отрицательные моменты в процессе физической подготовки обусловленные спецификой образовательной деятельности вузов ФСИН России. Подготовка обучающихся к участию в Спартакиаде института способствует повышению уровня профессиональной физической подготовленности
Introduction. The importance of physical training in the professional development of law enforcement officers is undeniable. However, the issues of professional training of law enforcement and public security officers are multifaceted. Modern pedagogical trends indicate the demand for sports as a means of motivation for independent physical activity, the formation of physical qualities and motor skills, socialization of students. Purpose of research. to introduce elements of a sportized approach into the structure of educational activities of universities of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (on the example of the Perm Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia). Methodology and organization of research. In the course of the study, we used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, theoretical modeling, pedagogical experiment. Results of the study and their discussion. As an additional form of physical training of universities of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, mass sports work can be considered according to the weekend plan. Students are engaged in personality-oriented physical culture and sports and physical culture and wellness activities in the form of independent work. During these hours, according to the schedule, the events planned by the Spartakiad were held. Conclusions. As an element of a sportized approach in the physical education of cadets of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the organization and holding of a Sports Contest in service and applied sports should be considered. The schedule of the Spartakiad in service and applied sports developed by us allows us to neutralize the negative aspects in the process of physical training due to the specifics of the educational activities of universities of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
