В статье раскрывается сущность воспитательной работы в вузе как одного из факторов формирования личности будущего профессионала. Цель работы: проанализировать основные принципы, задачи, функции, направления и формы воспитательной работы в техническом вузе в условиях дистанционного обучения. Методика и организация исследования. Основу эмпирического исследования составили методы социологического опроса в форме анкетирования, системного анализа, сравнения и обобщения. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Воспитательный процесс представляет собой единство всех элементов и направлений воспитательной работы. Проведенное исследование показало, что запрос среди студентов на проведение воспитательных мероприятий, как в традиционной форме, так и в дистанционной, достаточно высок. Сохраняется роль преподавателя, как организатора и руководителя. Вместе с тем существует ряд проблем, связанных с организационной и содержательной частью. Выводы. Полученные результаты позволят усовершенствовать воспитательный процесс в вузе и повысить его эффективность
The article reveals the essence of educational work at the university as one of the factors of forming the personality of a future professional. The basis of the empirical study was made up of the methods of sociological survey in the form of questionnaires, system analysis, comparison and generalization. The results of the study and their discussion. The educational process is a unity of all elements and directions of educational work. The research has shown that the demand among students for educational activities, both in the traditional form and in the distance form, is quite high. The role of the teacher as an organizer and leader is preserved. At the same time, there are a number of problems related to the organizational and content part. Conclusions. The obtained results will make it possible to improve the educational process at the university and increase its effectiveness
