Внедряемая повсеместно в мире цифровизация образования (в том числе, физкультурного образования) вступает в сущностное противоречие с педагогическими целями и задачами. Это пример некритического переноса методов и средств из экономической сферы в образовательную. Попытки включения детей и подростков в практику цифрового образования зачастую игнорируют результаты исследований негативного воздействия электронных гаджетов на психосоматическое состояние подрастающего поколения. Наше исследование показывает, что, наоборот, здоровый телесно-двигательный опыт, полученный в детстве (высокая общая подвижность, участие в подвижных играх, организация двигательной активности детей со стороны родителей), способствует формированию устойчивости к разнообразному цифровому воздействию, сознательному использованию электронных гаджетов, ориентации на применение их с образовательной или профессиональной целями
Digitalization of education (including physical education), which is being implemented everywhere in the world, comes into essential contradiction with pedagogical goals and objectives. This is an example of uncritical transfer of methods and means from the economic sphere to the educational one. Attempts to include children and adolescents in the practice of digital education often ignore the results of studies of the negative impact of electronic gadgets on the psychosomatic state of the younger generation. Our research shows that, on the contrary, healthy bodily and motor experience gained in childhood (high general mobility, participation in outdoor games, organization of children's motor activity on the part of parents) contributes to the formation of resistance to various digital influences, conscious use of electronic gadgets, orientation to their use for educational or professional purposes
