Целью исследования являлось изучение особенностей динамики скорости участников Чемпионата России в беге на 100 км 2023 года. Рассматривались результаты бегунов, завершивших дистанцию: 13 мужчин и 8 женщин. Установлено, что более успешные бегуны начинали дистанцию с меньшей относительной скоростью (103,0±2,4% от средней скорости на дистанции на первом 20-км отрезке) и завершали бег с более высокой относительной скоростью (95,5±2,5% от средней скорости на последнем 20-км отрезке), чем менее успешные бегуны
The aim of this paper was to study the features of the speed dynamics of participants in the Russian Championship in the 100 km race in 2023. Only the results of the runners who completed the distance were considered: 13 men and 8 women. It was found that more successful runners started the distance with a lower relative speed (103.0±2.4% of the average speed during the first 20-km segment) and completed the run with a higher relative speed (95.5±2.5% from the average speed in the last 20 km segment) than less successful runners
