В статье рассматривается проблема повышения устойчивости к стрессу студентов посредством развития умения применять различные индивидуально своеобразные приемы деятельности, соответствующие прирожденным свойствам нервной системы, особенностям темперамента. Приспособление темперамента обучающихся вуза к требованиям спортивной деятельности осуществляется с помощью авторского комплекса педагогических средств предупреждения и снятия стресса, в программу которого входят задания, беседы, психорегулирующая тренировка. Особенностью данного комплекса является индивидуализация учебно-тренировочного процесса в соответствии с требованиями к спортивной деятельности студентов-спортсменов и с учетом влияния темперамента на различные стороны их спортивной деятельности
The article discusses the problem of increasing students' resistance to stress through developing the ability to use various individually unique techniques of activity that correspond to the innate properties of the nervous system and temperamental characteristics. Adaptation of the temperament of university students to the requirements of sports activity is carried out with the help of the author's complex of pedagogical means of preventing and relieving stress, the program of which includes tasks, conversations, and psycho-regulatory training. A feature of this complex is the individualization of the educational and training process in accordance with the requirements for the sports activities of student-athletes and taking into account the influence of temperament on various aspects of their sports activities
