Проблема спортивного травматизма актуальная для многих видов спорта, боулинг не является исключением. Но на сегодняшний день данная проблема в научной литературе недостаточно раскрыта. Стремительное развитие боулинга как вида спорта требует глубокого изучения различных вопросов, в том числе связанных с профилактикой травматизма у спортсменов в тренировочном процессе. Целью исследования, представленного в статье, было повышение эффективности мероприятий, направленных на снижение травматизма в боулинге. На первом этапе исследования решали задачи по определению наиболее подверженных травматизму звеньев опорно-двигательного аппарата у спортсменов в боулинге. С использованием метода анкетирования проанализировано семьдесят восемь травматических случаев, из которых большая часть пришлась на травмы верхних конечностей. На втором этапе была разработана программа, направленная на снижение травматизма в тренировочном процессе, а на третьем произведена проверка эффективности предложенных средств и методов. За основу были взяты данные о локализации травм, полученные на первом этапе. В качестве испытуемых выступили спортсмены сборной команды вуза. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы специалистами при планировании тренировочного процесса в боулинге
The problem of sports injuries is relevant for many sports, bowling is no exception. At the same time, to date this problem has not been sufficiently addressed in the scientific literature. The rapid development of bowling as a sport requires an indepth study of various issues, including those related to the prevention of injuries in athletes during the training process. The purpose of the study presented in this article was to improve the effectiveness of interventions aimed at reducing injuries in bowling. The first stage of the study was aimed at solving the problem of determining the parts of the musculoskeletal system most susceptible to injury in bowling athletes. Using the questionnaire method, seventy-eight traumatic cases were analyzed, of which the majority were injuries to the upper extremities. At the second stage, a program was developed aimed at reducing injuries in the training process, and at the third, the effectiveness of the proposed means and methods was tested using a pedagogical experiment. Data on the location of injuries obtained at the first stage were taken as a basis. The subjects were athletes from the team of a higher educational institution.
