Физическая культура не потеряла свою актуальность на современном этапе развития человечества. Именно интенсивные занятия спортом и ведение здорового образа жизни являются залогом положительного влияния на рост, развитие и укрепление человеческого организма. На сегодняшний день существует огромное количество качественных и тщательно проработанных материалов для дистанционных занятий по физической культуре. Рынок цифровых технологий сегодня может предложить множество вариантов решения поставленных задач, обладающих рядом как положительных, так и отрицательных черт. Представленная работа более подробно освещает вопрос, связанный с использованием различных информационных технологий в спортивной деятельности. Цель работы - выявить отношение студентов к занятиям по физической культуре, при использовании информационных технологий. Методика и организация исследования. В эксперименте участвовало 100 студентов Южного федерального университета. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. В работе представлен анализ и систематизация знаний, касающихся текущего этапа развития цифровых инструментов в сфере культуры и спорта. Для оценки уровня актуальности и эффективности использования цифровых инструментов во время занятий был проведен опрос, среди студентов который показал, что использование цифровых технологий позволило студентам более осмысленно подходить к занятиям по физической культуре. В результате анализа и обобщения научно-методической литературы были изучены такие аспекты, как актуальность цифровизации спортивной области; эффективность и необходимость разработки цифровых решений для занятий физической культурой; особенности использования цифровых средств и умных гаджетов во время занятий. To date, there is a huge amount of high-quality and carefully designed materials for distance learning in physical education. The digital technology market today can offer many options for solving the tasks that have a number of both positive and negative features. The presented work covers in more detail the issue related to the use of various information technologies in sports activities. The purpose of the work is to reveal the attitude of students to physical culture classes, using information technologies. Methodology and organization of the study. The experiment involved 100 students of the Southern Federal University. Results of the study and their discussion. The paper presents the analysis and systematization of knowledge related to the current stage of development of digital tools in the field of culture and sports. To assess the real level of relevance and effectiveness of the use of digital tools during classes, a survey was conducted among students, which showed that the use of digital technologies allowed students to more meaningfully approach physical education classes. Findings. In conclusion, it should be noted that in the near future the digitalization of the sports industry will become the main trend in the development of this area.
