В статье представлены результаты исследования физического здоровья школьниц обучающиеся в 9-11 классе возрастом 14-17 лет, которые учились в МБОУ СОШ No 58 с 2019-2022 года. Материал и методы: в исследовании приняли участие 417 учениц. В ходе исследования было определено количество лиц, относящихся к основной, подготовительной и специальной медицинской группе, а также тех, кто был освобожден от посещения занятий по физической культуре. Результаты исследования показали, что существует тенденция к увеличению числа учениц, освобожденных от посещения занятий, физическая культура с 3,17% до 6,60%, а также увеличение числа школьниц, отнесенных по состоянию здоровья к специальным медицинским группам с с 6,57% до 11,93%. Анализ изменений антропометрических показателей учениц показал, что наблюдается рост числа школьниц с избыточным весом с 9,2±2,4% до 11,7±4,1%. Анализ функциональных показателей физического состояния показал, что 21,8±5,2% учениц имели отклонения в частоте сердечных сокращений, а показатель жизненной емкости легких у 34,8±9,7% школьниц был ниже установленной нормы
The article presents the results of a study of the physical health of schoolgirls studying in grades 911, aged 14-17, who studied at MBOU secondary school No. 58 from 2019-2022. Material and methods: 417 female students took part in the study. In the course of the study, the number of persons belonging to the main, preparatory and special medical groups, as well as those who were exempted from attending physical education classes, was determined. The results of the study showed that there is a tendency to increase the number of schoolgirls exempted from attending classes, physical culture from 3.17% to 6.60%, as well as an increase in the number of schoolgirls assigned to special medical groups for health reasons from 6.57% up to 11.93%. An analysis of changes in the anthropometric indicators of female students showed that there was an increase in the number of overweight schoolgirls from 9.2±2.4% to 11.7±4.1%. An analysis of the functional indicators of the physical condition showed that 21.8±5.2% of the schoolgirls had deviations in the heart rate, and the vital capacity of the lungs in 34.8±9.7% of the schoolgirls was below the established norm
