Поиск оптимальных вариантов тренировочных нагрузок является важнейшей задачей спортивной методологии. В легкоатлетических метаниях сложилось определенное противоречие: с одной стороны, повышение объемов и интенсивности нагрузок, связанные с принципом, что кумулятивный эффект ведет к значительному повышению спортивной подготовленности, с другой - лимит индивидуальных функциональных резервов спортсменов.-В связи с этим для реализации тренировочного процесса были разработаны специализированные комплексы программных моделей спортивной подготовки толкателей ядра на этапе спортивного совершенствования. Для каждой модели были определены величина нагрузки, пиковость и специфичная направленность. В результате реализации тренировочных режимов процесса спортивной подготовки толкателей ядра на этапе спортивного совершенствования на основе программного моделирования, включающего определение направленности, величины и пиковости нагрузок позволило в тренировочном процессе использовать оптимально большие объёмы нагрузок
The search for optimal variants of training loads is the most important task of sports methodology. There is a certain contradiction in athletics throwing: on the one hand, an increase in the volume and intensity of loads associated with the principle that the cumulative effect leads to a significant increase in athletic fitness, on the other - the limit of individual functional reserves of athletes. In this regard, specialized complexes of software models of sports training of shot putters at the stage of sports improvement were developed for the implementation of the training process. For each model, the magnitude of the load, the peak and the specific orientation were determined. As a result, the implementation of the training modes of the process of sports training of shot putters at the stage of sports improvement on the basis of software modeling, including the determination of the orientation, magnitude, and peak loads allowed optimally large amounts of loads to be used in the training process
