В нашей статье была поставлена цель - обосновать диверсификацию спортивного клуба Тюменского индустриального университета как основу его интеграции в образовательную систему. Было выявлено, что на предприятия спорт-индустрии воздействуют различные факторы, поэтому, для их развития требуется грамотная диверсификация. За объект исследования был взят спортивный клуб Тюменского государственного университета. Мониторинг контингента клуба показал, что большая часть посетителей приходится на долю студентов (86%). Остальную часть (14%) составляют сотрудники и простые граждане. Были намечены пути дальнейшего развития спортивного клуба, такие как расширение сферы услуг и усиленная работа по привлечению новых и удержанию старых клиентов
In our article, the goal was to justify the diversification of the Tyumen Industrial University sports Club as the basis for its integration into the educational system. It was revealed that various factors affect the enterprises of the sports industry, therefore, competent diversification is required for their development. The sports club of Tyumen State University was taken as the object of the study. Monitoring of the club's contingent showed that most of the visitors are students (86%). The rest (14%) are employees and ordinary citizens. The ways of further development of the sports club were outlined, such as the expansion of the service sector and increased work to attract new and retain old customers
