Введение. На занятиях ученики довольно часто отвлекаются, что снижает эффективность тренировочного процесса. Нами было сделано предположение, что в различные дни недели показатели умственной работоспособности могут быть неодинаковы. С целью проверки гипотезы было проведено исследование. Цель исследования: разработать методические рекомендации по организации тренировочного процесса с учетом оценки концентрации и устойчивости внимания горнолыжников 7-8 лет. Организация исследования. На протяжении одного месяца перед каждым тренировочным занятием проводилась корректурная проба Бурдона с целью оценки концентрации внимания. Далее был проведен анализ полученных результатов. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Нами было определено, что у всех респондентов нет проблем с концентраций и устойчивостью внимания, однако было выявлено, что данные показатели в четверг достоверно (р<0,05) ниже, чем в другие тренировочные дни. Вывод. Эффективность обучения новым навыкам и умениям в начале неделе и на выходных значительно выше. В середине недели стоит отдавать предпочтение методу показа, несложным или уже хорошо изученным заданиям
Introduction. In the classroom, the students are often distracted, which reduces the effectiveness of the training process. We have made the assumption that on different days of the week, the indicators of mental performance may be different. In order to test the hypothesis, the study was conducted. The purpose of the study: to develop methodological recommendations for the organization of the training process, taking into account the assessment of concentration and stability of attention of skiers aged 7-8 years old. Organization of the study. For one month before each training session, the proof-reading test of Bourdon was carried out in order to assess concentration of attention. Then the analysis of the obtained results was carried out. The results of the study and their discussion. We determined that all respondents have no problems with concentration and attention stability; however, it was found that these indicators on Thursday were significantly (p < 0.05) lower than on other training days. Conclusion. The effectiveness of learning new skills and abilities at the beginning of the week and on weekends is much higher.
