Одним из главных вопросов современной социальной политики является выполнение показателей Стратегии развития физической культуры и спорта в Российской Федерации на период до 2030 года. Данная политика государства направлена на реализацию Национального проекта «Демография» и предполагает реализацию шагов по укреплению здорового образа жизни и стимулированию рождаемости: формирование системы мотивации граждан к здоровому образу жизни, создание условий для занятий физической культурой и спортом, системную поддержку и повышение качества жизни граждан... Одним из важнейших этапов реализации Стратегии развития физической культуры и спорта в Российской Федерации на период до 2030 г. является дальнейший рост массовости занятий физической культурой и спортом населением страны до 75%. Авторы проанализировали данные литературных источников, основанных на статистических исследованиях кадрового потенциала в сфере физической культуры и спорта страны, факторов роста численности населения, регулярно занимающихся физической культурой и спортом. В статье показаны актуальные сложившиеся причины необходимости реализации данной стратегии, сделаны выводы, что несмотря на все социальные и экономические катаклизмы в мире политика Правительства России в данной сфере правильная, так как виден в 2022 г явный прирост общего количества занимающихся физической культурой и спортом
One of the main issues of modern social policy is the implementation of the indicators of the Strategy for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030. This policy of the state is aimed at the implementation of the National Project "Demography" and involves the implementation of steps to strengthen a healthy lifestyle and stimulate fertility: the formation of the system of motivation of citizens to a healthy lifestyle, the creation of conditions for physical culture and sports, systematic support and improvement of the quality of life of citizens. One of the most important stages of the implementation of the Strategy for the development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 is a further increase in the mass participation in physical culture and sports by the population of the country to 75%. The authors analyzed the data of literary sources based on statistical studies of the personnel potential in the field of physical culture and sports of the country, factors of population growth, regularly engaged in physical culture and sports. The article shows the current reasons for the need to implement this strategy, and concludes that despite all the social and economic cataclysms in the world, the policy of the Russian Government in this area is correct, since a clear increase in the total number of people engaged in physical culture and sports is visible in 2022
