Синхронность в эстетической гимнастике является одним из факторов исполнительного мастерства гимнасток, оценивается судьями и должна развиваться, начиная с этапа начальной подготовки. В статье описана методика формирования синхронности, специфическая для вида спорта эстетическая гимнастика, и применимая для гимнасток возрастной категории 6-8 лет. Приведены тестовые задания, разработан интегральный показатель для определения уровня синхронности, а также продемонстрированы результаты проведенного педагогического эксперимента
Synchronicity in aesthetic gymnastics is one of the factors in the performance skills of gymnasts, it is evaluated by the judges and must be developed starting from the initial training stage. The article describes the methodology of forming synchronicity, specific to the sport of aesthetic gymnastics, and appropriate to gymnasts of the age category of 6-8 years. There are tests and the integral indicator that have been developed to determine the level of synchronicity in this research. The results of the pedagogical experiment, conducted in the control and experimental groups for 6 months, showed the effectiveness of the developed methodology
