Введение. Анализ данных обследования студентов показывает общее снижение уровня функциональных возможностей систем организма, увеличение частоты хронических патологий с каждым годом обучения. Цель исследования. Нарушение функций внутренних органов и систем организма связано с нервно-психическими факторами и рассматривается как причина снижения уровня соматического здоровья. В целях профилактики заболеваний следует принимать во внимание процессы развития организма и поиск средств и методов профилактики психосоматических расстройств. Методика и организация исследования. Исследование проводилось методом тестирования уровня психосоматического здоровья 196 студентов 2-4 курсов Московского политехнического университета в возрасте 19-25 лет, из которых 100 человек занимаются волейболом в спортивном учебном отделении на регулярной основе. Результаты исследования. Анализ результатов исследования позволяет утверждать, что регулярные занятия волейболом способствуют профилактике психосоматических заболеваний
Introduction.
