В данной статье рассмотрен вопрос физической и интеллектуальной подготовки курсантов вузов ФСИН России средствами соединения игры в быстрые шахматы и кикбоксинга. Необходимость слияния двух видов спорта позволит одновременно повысить боеспособность и интеллект курсантов к прохождения службы. Научная новизна результатов исследования заключается в слиянии двух видов спорта «шахмат» и «кикбоксинга» с целью улучшение функционально-физических и интеллектуальных способностей организма занимающихся. Практическая значимость результатов исследования заключается в применении данного опыта в подготовке учащейся молодежи различных возрастных групп
This article deals with the issue of physical and intellectual training of cadets of universities of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia by means of combining the game of rapid chess and kickboxing. The need to merge the two sports will simultaneously increase the combat effectiveness and intelligence of cadets to the conditions of service. The scientific novelty of the results of the study lies in the fusion of the two sports "chess" and "kickboxing" in order to improve the functional, physical and intellectual abilities of the body involved. The practical significance of the results of the study lies in the application of this experience in the preparation of young students of various age groups
