В статье рассматриваются особенности формирования цифровых компетенций специалистов в области физической культуры и спорта (ФКиС) в современных условиях цифровой трансформации образования и отечественного рынка труда. Цель исследования – выявить обобщенные требования к цифровой компетентности специалистов различных профессиональных областей: физическая культура и спорт, педагогика, медицина, культура. Методы исследования: сравнительный анализ, контент-анализ нормативных документов, а также вторичный математико-статистический анализ данных отраслевых исследований. Результаты исследования и выводы. Проведен сравнительный статистический анализ дефицита профильных кадров с цифровыми компетенциями в различных отраслях экономики России, предложена структура укрупненных групп цифровых компетенций специалистов ФКиС, выявлены общие требования к цифровой компетентности специалистов различных профессиональных областей и специфические требования, характерные для специалистов сферы ФКиС. Обоснована необходимость разработки модели развития кадрового потенциала отрасли с учетом отраслевой специфики цифровых квалификационных требований.
The article examines the features of the formation of digital competencies of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports (PCS) in the current conditions of digital transformation of education and the domestic labor market. The purpose of the study is to identify the generalized requirements for digital competence of specialists in various professional fields: physical culture and sports, pedagogy, medicine, and culture. Research methods: comparative analysis, content analysis of regulatory documents, and secondary mathematical and statistical analysis of industry research data were used. Research results and conclusions. A comparative statistical analysis of the shortage of qualified personnel with digital competencies in various sectors of the Russian economy was conducted, a structure of enlarged groups of digital competencies of PCS specialists was proposed, and general requirements for digital competence of specialists in various professional fields, as well as specific requirements characteristic of specialists in the PCS field, were identified. The necessity of developing a model for the development of the sector's human resources potential, taking into account the industry-specific digital qualification requirements, was substantiated.
