The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between the nature of a woman's interpersonal relationships and the presence of a gynecological disease. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, psychodiagnostic techniques (the "Diagnosis of Interpersonal Relationships" test by T. Leary; the "Giessen Personality Questionnaire"; the "Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire" by V.V. Stolin et al.; the "Hand-test" by E. Wagner et al.; the "Family Sociogram" by E.G. Eidemiller and V. Justitskis), as well as methods of mathematical statistics: the Mann-Whitney U test and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient (rs). Research results and conclusions. It has been established that women with gynecological pathologies have a lower level of satisfaction with marriage and relationships with their spouse compared to healthy women. They also experience a lack of close emotional contact both in their own families and in their parental families. Women with gynecological pathologies tend to sacrifice their own interests and exhibit internal conflicts characterized by suspicion, fear of negative treatment, a desire to conceal their own need for love on one hand, and on the other hand, an increased need for support and an expectation of assistance from others.
