Цель исследования – определить уровень развития и популярности студенческого спорта в субъектах и образовательных организациях Российской Федерации. Методы и организация исследования. Использованы констатация и сравнение как основные методы исследования. В ходе работы анализировали результаты выступлений спортсменов студенческих сборных команд регионов Российской Федерации и образовательных организаций высшего образования, представленных в финальных состязаниях VIII Зимней и IХ Летней Универсиад 2024 года. Результаты исследования и выводы. В ходе исследования выявлен уровень развития и популярности студенческого спорта в субъектах России, определен уровень подготовленности студенческих сборных команд в образовательных организациях страны, а также в аспекте сравнительного анализа результатов зимней и летней универсиад намечены приоритетные пути дальнейшего развития зимних и летних видов спорта в студенческой среде.
The purpose of the study is to determine the level of development and popularity of student sports in the regions and educational organizations of the Russian Federation. Research methods and organization. The main methods of the research used were observation and comparison. During the work, the results of performances by athletes from student teams of the regions of the Russian Federation and higher education institutions, presented in the final competitions of the VIII Winter and IX Summer Universiades of 2024, were analyzed. Research results and conclusions. During the research, the level of development and popularity of student sports in the regions of Russia was identified, the level of preparedness of student teams in educational institutions of the country was determined, and in the aspect of comparative analysis of the results of the winter and summer universiades, priority paths for the further development of winter and summer sports in the student environment were outlined.
