Цель исследования – определить эффективность разработанной методики повышения уровня психомоторики и межполушарного взаимодействия у СМГ на занятиях прикладной физической культурой. Методы и организация исследования. Использованы методы: методика САН, проба Ромберга, Динамическое равновесие, реагирующая способность, тест на точность и ловкость движений, тест Струпа, проба Озерецкого, тест Марины Вальс. Разработанная методика была протестирована на студентках СМГ в учебном процессе. В исследовании приняли участие 26 девушек, отнесенных по состоянию здоровья к СМГ. Результаты исследования и выводы. Выявлено достоверное улучшение показателей уровня психомоторики и межполушарного взаимодействия. Также было замечено улучшение самочувствия, активности, настроения. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать выводы о том, что применение разработанной методики эффективно влияет на исследуемые показатели.
The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the developed methodology for enhancing the level of psychomotor skills and interhemispheric interaction among students of the special medical group during classes in applied physical culture. Research methods and organization. The methods used include the SAM methodology, the Romberg test, dynamic balance, reactive ability, tests for accuracy and agility of movements, the Stroop test, the Ozeretsky test, and the Marina Vals test. The developed methodology was tested on female students from a special medical group during the educational process. The study involved 26 girls classified as belonging to the special medical group based on their health status. Research results and conclusions. A reliable improvement in the indicators of psychomotor skills and interhemispheric interaction has been identified. An improvement in well-being, activity, and mood was also noted. The results obtained allow for conclusions to be drawn that the application of the developed methodology effectively influences the studied indicators.
