Цель исследования – изучение влияния цифровых технологий на качество жизни пожилых людей. Методы и организация исследования. Процедура исследования проходила на базе клиник Самарского государственного медицинского университета. Выборку исследования составили 50 пожилых людей. Исследование осуществлялось методами анкетирования и тестирования. Результаты исследования и выводы. Исследование выявило значимые отличия в показателях качества жизни пожилых, использующих и не использующих цифровые технологии. Выявлено, что активно пользуются цифровыми технологиями при помощи смартфонов, айфонов и компьютеров 44% из обследованных лиц в возрасте 60-75 лет. Пожилые люди, активно пользующиеся цифровыми технологиями, выше оценивают свое здоровье, считают более благополучным общение с близкими, имеют более позитивный эмоциональный фон и в целом качество жизни в сравнении с пожилыми, которые не пользуются цифровыми технологиями. Пожилые, активно пользующиеся цифровыми технологиями, более удовлетворены своей жизнью и испытывают более выраженное субъективное ощущение счастья.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of digital technologies on the quality of life of elderly individuals. Research methods and organization. The study procedure was conducted at the clinics of Samara State Medical University. The research sample consisted of 50 elderly individuals. The study was carried out using survey and testing methods. Research results and conclusions. The study revealed significant differences in the quality of life indicators between elderly individuals who use and do not use digital technologies. It was found that 44% of the surveyed individuals aged 60-75 actively utilize digital technologies through smartphones, iPhones, and computers. Elderly individuals who actively engage with digital technologies rate their health more positively, consider their communication with loved ones to be more fulfilling, experience a more positive emotional background, and overall enjoy a higher quality of life in comparison to those who do not use digital technologies. Furthermore, elderly individuals who actively use digital technologies report greater life satisfaction and a more pronounced subjective sense of happiness.
