В статье представлен анатомо-кинезиологический анализ упражнения «тутум-эргиир», широко используемого в различных спортивных дисциплинах народов Севера. Исследование направлено на выявление ключевых анатомических и кинезиологических особенностей, которые влияют на эффективность выполнения данного упражнения. Цель исследования – выявление ключевых анатомических и кинезиологических особенностей, которые влияют на эффективность выполнения упражнения «тутум-эргиир». Методы и организация исследования. Использованы методы анализа и обобщения научно-методической литературы, педагогический эксперимент, методы математической статистики. Методологический подход включает в себя кинезиометрическое исследование, а также наблюдение и тестирование детей. Результаты исследования и выводы. Результаты показывают, что правильное выполнение «тутум-эргиир» требует высокой степени координации и стабилизации, что подчеркивает важность индивидуального подхода к учебно-тренировочному процессу. Исследование также открывает новые перспективы для дальнейших работ в области спортивной науки, направленных на углубление понимания физиологических и психологических аспектов, влияющих на выполнение данного упражнения.
The article presents an anatomical-kinesiological analysis of the exercise "tutum-ergiir," widely used in various sports disciplines of the Northern peoples. The study aims to identify the key anatomical and kinesiological features that influence the effectiveness of performing this exercise. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature were utilized, along with pedagogical experiments and methods of mathematical statistics. The methodological approach encompasses kinesiometric research, as well as observation and testing of children. Research results and conclusions. The results indicate that the proper execution of "tutum-ergiir" requires a high degree of coordination and stabilization, highlighting the importance of an individualized approach to the educational and training process. The study also opens new avenues for further research in the field of sports science aimed at deepening the understanding of the physiological and psychological aspects that influence the performance of this exercise.
