В статье анализируется опыт подготовки магистров по направлению «Физическая культура для лиц с отклонениями в состоянии здоровья (адаптивная физическая культура)». Показано, что организованная работа кафедры оздоровительной физической культуры и адаптивного спорта, включающая специально разработанный план мероприятий, позволяет добиться решения поставленных задач при обучении магистров. Цель исследования заключалась в выявлении проблем, являющихся причиной основных сложностей в обеспечении высокого уровня образования в магистратуре по направлению 49.04.02. Методы и организация исследования. Применяли анализ успеваемости и посещаемости занятий, метод опроса. Было опрошено 40 человек из числа выпускников и обучающихся в магистратуре по направлению подготовки 49.04.02 на кафедре оздоровительной физической культуры и адаптивного спорта Института физической культуры и спорта РГПУ им. А. И. Герцена. Результаты исследования и выводы. Опрос магистрантов свидетельствует о том, что большинство абитуриентов, поступивших на программу магистратуры по направлению 49.04.02, не представляют специфики физкультурно-спортивной работы с инвалидами. Экзамены в режиме онлайн не позволяют провести отбор абитуриентов, способных освоить магистерскую программу на требуемом уровне. Низкий уровень готовности и мотивации к научно-исследовательской деятельности магистрантов, неадекватная оценка своих способностей к осуществлению научного поиска являются причиной основных сложностей в обеспечении высокого уровня образования в магистратуре по направлению подготовки 49.04.02. В этой связи требуется пристальное внимание государства к выявленным проблемам, влияющим на качество подготовки магистрантов.
The article analyzes the experience of training master's students in the field of 'Physical Education for Individuals with Health Deviations (Adaptive Physical Culture)'. It demonstrates that the organized work of the Department of Health-Improving Physical Culture and Adaptive Sports, which includes a specially developed plan of activities, allows for the achievement of the set objectives in the education of master's students. The purpose of the study was to identify the issues that are the underlying causes of the main difficulties in ensuring a high level of education in the master's program in the field of 49.04.02 Research methods and organization. The analysis of academic performance and attendance at classes was applied, along with a survey method. A total of 40 individuals were surveyed, including graduates and students in the master's program in the field of training 49.04.02 at the Department of Health-Improving Physical Culture and Adaptive Sports of the Institute of Physical Culture and Sports of the Herzen State Pedagogical University. Research results and conclusions. A survey of master's students indicates that most applicants who entered the master's program in the field of 49.04.02 do not understand the specifics of physical education and sports work with individuals with disabilities. Online exams do not allow for the selection of applicants capable of mastering the master's program at the required level. The low level of readiness and motivation for research activities among master's students, along with an inadequate assessment of their abilities to conduct scientific inquiry, are the main reasons for the challenges in ensuring a high level of education in the master's program in the field of 49.04.02. In this regard, there is a need for the government to pay close attention to the identified issues affecting the quality of training for master's students.
