Цель исследования – определение механизма индивидуализации групповых занятий с детьми с расстройствами аутистического спектра с легкой умственной отсталостью в рамках общеобразовательной организации. Методы исследования: анализ и обобщение данных научной литературы, нормативных и правовых документов в области образования. Результаты исследования и выводы. Определены факторы, позволяющие индивидуализировать образовательный процесс детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра с легкой умственной отсталостью в рамках общеобразовательной организации. Разработана методика адаптивного физического воспитания, обеспечивающая реализацию принципа сознательности и активности путем индивидуализации содержания уроков физической культуры, физкультминуток и домашних заданий в видеоформате.
The purpose of the study is to determine the mechanism for individualizing group activities for children with autism spectrum disorders and mild intellectual disability within the framework of a general education organization. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of data from scientific literature, regulatory and legal documents in the field of education. Research results and conclusions. Factors have been identified that allow for the individualization of the educational process for children with autism spectrum disorders and mild intellectual disabilities within the framework of a general education organization. A methodology for adaptive physical education has been developed, ensuring the implementation of the principle of awareness and activity through the individualization of the content of physical education lessons, physical activity breaks, and homework in video format.
