. Синдром дефицита внимания и гиперактивности (СДВГ) является длительным, хроническим нейроразвивающим нарушением с глобальной распространенностью примерно 6,6%. В статье представлено исследование по комплексному библиометрическому анализу изучения биомаркеров СДВГ с 2013 по 2023 годы. Анализ кластеризации ключевых слов показал, что основные исследования направлены на полиморфизмы MiRNA, метилирование ДНК (DNAm) и ось мозг-кишечник. Эти биомаркеры могут быть использованы для ранней диагностики ADHD, лечения и оценки его эффективности.
